I specialize in sports massage therapy, customized to each client in order to achieve the greatest benefits. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including deep tissue, myofascial, Neural Reset Therapy, cupping, kinesiology taping, IASTM, and assisted stretching. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with the Ohio Medical Board, holding certifications in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesiology Taping for Functional Movement, Facilitated Stretching, and Practical Reiki. I have been trained in Neural Reset Therapy by the creator of this technique, Lawrence Woods, and utilize his work in my practice regularly. I earned a B.A. in Zoology with a Dance Minor at Ohio Wesleyan University. My background as an aerial yoga and fitness instructor, a modern dancer/performer, and a birth doula, greatly contribute to my knowledge of the body, alignment, and movement.
